APM Mosquito Control was founded in Fenton, Michigan in the spring of 1996 by Greg Seago. From one township and a lot at an orchard, Greg grew the company, working around the clock, starting a family, and staying focused. Unfortunately, in 2006, Greg was diagnosed with a rare form of sarcoma cancer. After fighting hard, Greg lost his battle in the spring of 2010. Since then, Tami, Greg’s wife, and Greg’s right-hand man, Chuck Mullins, have continued to grow APM throughout mid and southeastern Michigan.
Today, Michigan’s largest privately-owned mosquito contracting company services 20 townships and cities. Greg’s sons, Ben and Josh, are taking a growing interest in the family business and plan to keep the company moving in a positive direction, making sure to remember their humble roots.
